In the month of July Nike and Frame collaborated to bring together the ultimate fitness workout at Lewis Cubbit Square, Kings Cross. The sessions were led by Frame and Nike Master trainers to give an hour long workout for the full body.
This was definitely a great way to start the day, my Tuesday mornings was not the same for the next 3 weeks. There were 3 elements to the workout Boxing, HIT and Resistance Band all concentrating on Cardio, Strength, Toning and Power.
It was a great combination of various drills from squat boxing, to side planks with twist and resistance band drills; lateral rise, front squat, bent over row.
After all the hard work it was time for breakfast courtesy of Pip & Nut.
I really enjoyed the classes and loved the combination of the 3 different elements.
